In order to submit private documents to the Israeli authorities, a notarized translation is required.
In the case of official documents (documents issued by Japanese public office), the first step is to obtain an apostille for the document from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The document is then translated and notarized by a notary translation office.
An alternative option would be to have the document translated by a translation company, and then have the translator obtain a notary seal at a notary office.
