Visa Application Procedures (Excluding Diplomatic and Official Visas)
Applicants seeking a non-diplomatic, non-official visa are kindly requested to follow the procedure outlined below.
1. Submission of Required Documents (Scanned)
Please scan all required documents and send them to the following email address:
consular1@tokyo.mfa.gov.il
2. Wait for Embassy Approval
After reviewing your documents, the Embassy will contact you by email to inform you whether your visa application has been approved.
3. Mailing of Original Documents
Once you receive approval from the Embassy, please send the following original items to the Embassy by registered mail (Genkin Kakitome / 現金書留):
>Original passport
>Original copies of all required documents
>Visa application fee (in cash)
