Israel and Taiwan have close bilateral interactions in many fields.

- A Joint Economic and Technological Cooperation Conference meets every two years alternately to promote economic matters. The last meeting took place virtually in June 2022; The 15th Conference is set to take place in 2025 in Israel.
- A Joint Scientific Committee meets every two years. First the committee publishes a call for proposals for joint research projects by scientists, and then reviews the proposals and allocates appropriate funding. The last meeting took place online in 2023; The 10th Committee is set to take place in 2025 in Israel.
- A Joint Agricultural Cooperation Meeting meets every three years. The last meeting took place in Israel in 2023; The 7th meeting is set to take place in 2025 in Taiwan.
- The Innovation Authority and ITRI hold regular meetings as part of the industrial R&D cooperation agreement. In this framework, proposals for collaboration in R&D from startups on both sides are discussed. Representatives of the Innovation Authority of Israel visited Taiwan in 2024.
- The Ministries of Environmental Protection had a Virtual Dialogue. The last meeting on carbon emissions was held in April 2023. A delegation from the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Israel visited Taiwan in September 2024.
- The First Intergovernmental Dialogue on energy issues was held in early 2022. A visit by representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Israel visited Taiwan in September 2024.
- The First Joint Committee for Cultural Cooperation is set to take place in 2025.
- International conferences under the Global Cooperation Training Framework (GCTF) in Taipei – Since 2021, Israeli participants and speakers attended on a regular basis. In 2021, for the first time, Israel was a partner-host of a workshop on the rights of people with disabilities.
