How to schedule appointments
For a consular visit, please send your personal information, the requested service, and the relevant supporting documents, including a copy of your passport or an alternative photo ID, to consular2@taipei.org.il. Upon a thorough review of the submitted documents, we will respond within 10 working days with further information and available appointment scheduling options.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly adhere strictly to the visitor instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient process and to avoid any inconvenience.
For any other type of visit, please coordinate in advance with a designated contact from the office to receive complete details and requirements.

How to send email to mission
Please do not send any mail to the office unless agreed upon with a designated recipient. All objects will be going through security checks. Please avoid to send original consular documents by mail but instead send a scanned copy to the email address: consular2@taipei.org.il
