The Consular Department is responsible for all matters relating to visa applications, documents authentication, and issues related to civil status of Israeli citizens living in or visiting Senegal and states covered by the embassy.

General information from the Consular Service

B/2 TOURIST VISA APPLICATION

List of documents required to obtain a B/2 tourist visa: 

 A passport valid for six months after return to the country of origin.
 Two passport-size photos.
 A visa application form for entry into Israel, completed and signed.
 Three recent bank statements.
 Proof of medical insurance during stay in Israel.
 A letter of invitation (if any) and as much information as possible about the visit to Israel: places, addresses, telephone numbers.
 Proof of payment for the visa; the transfer must be made before the appointment.

Please note
- The Consular Service may request additional documents.
- A visa application that does not include all documents will be refused.

Visa applications for children under the age of 18 must be submitted in the presence of both parents:
 photocopies of both parents' passports 
 Child's birth certificate 
 A police-certified affidavit from both parents

The fee for consular services is 16,400 FCFA.

A/2 Student Visa  

The A/2 visa is granted to foreign students wishing to study at Israeli universities or colleges. The visa is issued for one year.

To obtain the A/2 visa, students must bring the following documents:

- An application form for an entry visa to Israel, duly completed and signed.
- Two passport-size photos
- Birth certificate.
- Certificate of admission to the desired institution
- A certificate from the school confirming payment of tuition fees or a letter justifying the scholarship. 
- 3 recent bank statements proving the student's financial independence (parents in the case of a minor).
- Valid passport, at least one year old
- Proof of residence in Israel or proof of accommodation
- Proof of medical insurance covering the entire stay in Israel
- Proof of visa payment. A transfer must be made before the appointment.
The Consular Service may request additional documents.
For visa applications for children under 18, both parents must be present at the time of visa application, and must have:
1.    Photocopies of both parents' passports.
2.    Child's birth certificate.
3.    Police-certified affidavit from both parents.

The fee for consular services is 32,100 FCFA.
