How to schedule appointments
All visa applicants MUST request visa appointment by email ONLY. To request visa appointment, write to : consular@dakar.mfa.gov.il
Please attach to the Email all the required documents.
Please write the Email in English or French and wait for our reply.
On the day of the appointment, don't forget to bring your national identity card and all the documents required for your visa application.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your appointment for security.

Notarial services:
Notary services are available from Monday to Friday by appointment only.
2. Make sure that the documents you present are written in a language that you read fluently.
3. Please bring the identification document with which you are registered in the presented document (usually the passport).

Safety instructions for individuals seeking consular services at the Embassy:
1. Bring a recent photo ID / valid passport.
Each visitor and their belongings will be subject to a security check before entering the embassy.
3. For security reasons, no personal items will be allowed in the embassy, including handbags, cell phones, and any electronic devices.
4. It is strictly forbidden to come to the embassy with weapons or self-defense items.
5. It is strictly forbidden to come to the embassy with bags, handbags, or suitcases.
6. It is strictly forbidden to come to the embassy with food, drinks, or any containers.
7. The safety instructions apply to anyone entering the waiting room of the Consulate. Everyone must obey these instructions.
