The Department of Public Diplomacy at the Consulate General of Israel in New York serves as a vital bridge between Israel and the diverse communities in the region.
Our activities focus on three main core areas: academic relations, civil society engagement, and event management.
We forge partnerships with leading academic institutions, foster a productive dialogue with a wide range of organizations - including community groups, non-governmental organizations, faith-based groups, and professional associations - and produce events showcasing the many facets of Israel
We aim to deepen the understanding of the state of Israel, encourage respectful and open dialogue, and build bridges of intercultural cooperation. Through these initiatives, we work to strengthen ties between Israel and the communities in the region and promote mutual understanding.
