This visa is granted to those who want to study in Israel in elementary and high schools, academic institutions, yeshiva, and youth institutions of the Jewish Agency. The visa is valid for up to one year and for multiple entrances and exits. Recipients of this visa are not permitted to work in Israel.
Please be advised that a minor must be present at the Consulate with his/her parents and will not be given a visa without the written consent of both parents or his legal guardian. The Consul may request additional documents.
The service is available to university or yeshiva students who want to study at an institution of higher education or at a yeshiva in Israel.
The applicant must submit a visa application, completed and signed, with supporting documents attached.
The completed application and supporting documents should be sent by email to an Israeli mission in the country where the applicant lives.
Please note:
If the confirmation of acceptance states that the student will be accompanied by another person – the details of such person should be provided, including their passport number.
If the applicant is under age 18, both parents must sign before the consular representative.
Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.
Payment must be made according to the Consular fee Chart.
