How to schedule appointments
Please note that the arrival for Consular Services is available only by appointment. There are NO WALK-INS.
Please schedule an appointment through the Schedule Appointment links on our website.
In urgent cases, first schedule an appointment independently through this website for any available date, and then contact us to explain the urgency and request the possibility of expediting the process.
An appointment must be scheduled in advance for any notarial action (except for confirmation of life for national insurance/ministry of security).
It is mandatory to bring an official identification document with a photo (passport, ID card, driver's license). If the document on which you are signing displays Israeli identification details, you must identify yourself with an Israeli ID only.
Please DO NOT BRING: bags, cellphones and other electronic devices. Please note that there are lockers in the building lobby to store your items.
Parking is available in the area and in the building with a fee of $25.
