This service enables foreign nationals born in Israel to obtain a birth certificate in Hebrew and in English for themselves or for their family members.
Required Documents To Apply
Photocopy of mother's passport.
Original copy of the "Live Birth" certificate received at the time of birth.
A power of attorney or court order - When the application is submitted by someone other than the applicant
Tip
Applying for Bilingual Birth Certificate is available only for those who were born in Israel - Israelis and foreign nationals.

The applicant is not required to appear in person at the mission.
