MASHAV courses

1. One completed application form with a photo (must be filled out on a computer in the language of the course);

2. Medical declaration (on the last pages of the application, filled out and signed);

3. A copy of the passport (photo page);

4. A copy of the diploma (without attachments) and certificates corresponding to the subject of the course (with translation, if course is conducted in English, without notarization);

5. A letter of recommendation on letterhead with a seal and signature (from those whom you specify in the application) in English, if your chosen course is in English);

6. A copy of the certificate confirming the language level at least Upper Intermediate (not required from applicants to Russian-language courses). In case of language proficiency lack candidate will be immediately deported at their own expense.

For candidates applying to courses in English: Following the submission of the full package of documentation, an English language proficiency interview will be scheduled (via video call).
 

Age requirement : 25 and 55 years old (strictly observed).

Please also note that applications will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Not all fields of the application are filled in;
 

2. Incomplete package of documents or their non-compliance with the requirements specified here (there is no medical declaration or medical report on the examination for HIV antibodies);

3. All documents must be scanned in color format and sent to e-mail in one file, one message in Word or PDF format.

Attention - limit on incoming messages! The message size should not exceed 5 MB!!!

Please note that in order to travel to Israel, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months. 

MASHAV covers the costs for accommodation, meals, tuition, insurance (during the course), work excursions, airport transfers and visa support.  Flights to Israel and back are covered by participants themselves or by their sponsor. 

The results of the selection will be sent to e-mail approximately 20-25 days before the course.
