On August 10, Japanese and Israeli friends gathered by the Sumida River for the Toro Nagashi (Lantern-Floating Ceremony) and shared a message of hope together.
Lanterns bearing tributes to the victims of the October 7th Hamas terror attack were floated down the river, filled with our heartfelt reflections and messages of hope for the release of all hostages.
May the lanterns gently floating on the river represent our respect for the victims and serve as a symbol of hope for the future.
