Ambassador's Bureau

The Ambassador's bureau is responsible for assisting the Ambassador in the administration of his\her different duties. The bureau manages the official communication with all the senior officials in Italy, who are in contact at the level of Ambassador. The bureau compiles the Ambassador's schedule, makes decisions regarding participation in official events, regarding official visits to various regions in Italy, and prepares all the relevant materials on each of the components of the Ambassador's diplomatic agenda on a daily basis.
