Over the last few days, we have been witnessing a barbaric terrorist attack by Hamas against Israeli civilians, infants, children, elderly, women and men.
The casualties balance is terrible. Hundreds dead and thousands injured, many people missing and others kidnapped and taken to the Gaza Strip. The events are still ongoing and the terrible data is being continuously updated.
The attack proves once again that Hamas is an extremist terrorist organization and bearer of a bloody ideology. Israel does and will do what is necessary to remove this threat.
The Hamas leadership bears full responsibility for the current escalation and the response actions that Israel must take. Israel will do everything necessary to protect its citizens and its territory.
