The Consular Department provides consular services to Israeli and foreign citizens.
The Consular Department provides the following services to Israeli and foreign citizens:
- Renewal or extension of travel documents
- Registration of children born abroad to Israeli parents
- Changing of personal status i.e. marriage, divorce… etc.
- Notarization of documents
- Request for police clearance certificate from Israel
- Deferment of military service (children should make appointments at aged 16 and a half)
- Issuing visas
- Request for name changes or certificates from the Ministry of the Interior
- Request to cancel Israeli Citizenship
