Following the initiative of the Embassy of the State of Israel, three well-known culinary experts from Israel visited Croatia for the first time this April: Hila Alpert, Roy Yerushalmi and Yehi Zino. They participated in the Weekend Food Festival, which was held in Rovinj from April 14 to 16.
Following the initiative of the Embassy of the State of Israel, three well-known culinary experts from Israel visited Croatia for the first time this April: Hila Alpert, Roy Yerushalmi and Yehi Zino. They participated in the Weekend Food Festival, which was held in Rovinj from April 14 to 16.
They took part in panels, talks and a 'show cooking' workshop, where they brought to the festival guests the tastes and smells of enchanting Israeli cuisine - known for its influences from all over the world.
Before returning home, our guests also visited the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel where they enjoyed an unforgettable breakfast prepared under the expert eye of the chef of the Esplanade Hotel, Mrs. Ana Grgić!
