In light of flight cancellations, the Department for Israelis Abroad at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs requests data regarding the location of concentrations of Israelis abroad who wish to return to Israel - through this online form.
If the citizen has a family with him, only one representative of the family will fill out the form and enter information for all family members.
Please fill out the form with details for each immediate family member (only spouse, son/daughter, father/mother or brother/sister) staying with you in the country.
For your attention, this data will be used by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy for the purpose of centralizing information and recommendations for citizens and their families who wish to come to Israel.
It will be clarified that filling out this online form does not guarantee the existence of this or that flight, or to guarantee a seat on a scheduled flight or any funding.
please Note: The form can only be filled out once for each family (according to the ID number of the family representative who fills in).
