How to schedule appointments

In cases where attendance is required, an appointment must be made in the appointment system.

Appointment scheduling software will allow you to determine in advance the time of arrival at the embassy and the type of service requested. This will allow the embassy staff to prepare in advance and ensure courteous, efficient and quick treatment.

Please note that:

1. An appointment must be made for each person who arrives (in the case of families - for each member of the family).

2. The visitor's name must be written in foreign letters only (as written in the passport)

In every page of service, you can find the link for an appointment.

For consular services-

Document

Starting from January 1, 2025, a payment option for consular services via bank transfer has been added, in addition to the existing payment options by credit or debit card.

The payment amount for the requested service will be in accordance with the details provided on the consulate's website, with the exact required fee listed in the fee schedule (if document return by mail is requested, an additional postage fee of 5 Euros will be charged).

The bank transfer must be made at least 3 business days prior to receiving the service.

When making a bank transfer, it is mandatory to include in the transfer notes: the full name of the service recipient (not the payer, if they are different), the requested service, and the Israeli ID number or passport number of the service requester.

When requesting a service (or sending documents by mail), a printout of the payment transfer confirmation must be attached.
