The service is available to Israeli citizens and residents and foreign nationals abroad, who wish to sign a document for presentation in Israel.
An affidavit written in a language that is not understood by the consular representative may not be notarized. To notarize an affidavit in a language that is not known to the consular representative, a translation of the affidavit must be attached together with an affidavit signed by the translator and certified by a notary.
The affidavit that is to be verified must be brought in person to an Israeli mission in the country where the affiant is staying, together with a valid identifying document (passport, ID card or driver's license).
Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.

Before scheduling the appointment , you must email all the documents that need to be signed and answer the following questions:
- How many documents are involved? An exact number of the amount of documents must be specified
- How many people need to sign the documents? An exact number of the number of documents must be specified
- How many times do you need each documents? An exact number of copies must be specified
Pay Attention:
- Without an accurate indication of one of the requested details - the appointment will not be scheduled.
- All the details in the documents must be completed ahead of time - except for signatures. Any part that does not have full details - will be crossed with a line.
- The signer must read and understand the content of the signed document (Hebrew / English) - if the signer does not understand the language it is written - we cannot verify their signature without a verified translation by an authorized local translator + an apostille stamp or alternatively a translation by a lawyer from the country with an original and verified (notarized + apostilled) statement about the correctness of the translation - must present the original translation in the number of copies required by you.
- If the document is in a language other than Hebrew or English, we cannot verify their signature without a verified translation by an authorized local translator + an apostille stamp or alternatively a translation by a lawyer from the country with an original and verified (notarized + apostilled) statement about the correctness of the translation - must present the original translation in the number of copies required by you.
- You must come to the appointment with the required amount of documents + the required amount of copies of each document.
- Scanned photocopies of all the signatories passports must be emailed before scheduling the appointment.
