Make sure to post material to the Department with registered post with a tracking number. An additional pre-paid registered mail envelope must be attached to the posted envelope so that we can return the documents to you.
It is important to stress that there are many cases in which you are required to visit the consulate in person in order to submit an application for your requested procedure.
