Entry visa for visiting or touring Israel.

This service enables granting a visa for a short stay in Israel for purposes of visiting, touring, medical tourism, business, nonacademic studies for a short period, etc.
Required Documents To Apply
Travel document valid for at least 3 months beyond the period of the visa.
Printout of a bank statement for at least 3 months.
Confirmation of employment from the applicant's place of employment.
Place of residence in Israel during the period of stay.
Two-way plane ticket (need not be presented when submitting the application).

Tip
You need to provide the application through Australia Post / Courier to the consular department before scheduling an appointment.
Only after proceeding your application, we can schedule it.

Please note
If you are a citizen of a country that does not have diplomatic relations with the State of Israel, the embassy recommends that you do not make bookings for your travel until after a visa has been issued. The Embassy is not responsible for any financial liability you incur on the assumption that you will be granted a visa. The Israeli officials will only accept requests that are within 45 days of arrival to Israel. An answer will only be received approximately a week prior to your requested arrival date. Please contact the Consular Department for an application form.
Please note
A B/2 Visitor Visa is valid for up to three months from the date of issue. The duration of the stay in Israel will be determined by the Border Control.
A visitor who wishes to extend their visit may submit an application at one of the regional population administration offices of the Ministry of Interior.
Please note
A person who enters Israel on a B/2 Visitor Visa is not allowed to work in the State of Israel.

 Non-Israeli citizens who wish to receive a visa for short stays in Israel, such as tourist, medical or business visits, short-term non-academic studies, etc.

How to apply

 The applicant must schedule an appointment and appear in person at an Israeli mission.

Appearance in person at the mission is subject to the discretion of the consular representative.

Information

Additional documents that must be provided:

  1. Valid Australian Visa
  2. Detailed bank statement for the last three months
  3. Savings accounts transactions for the last three months
  4. Valid lease / contract / any proof stating that you have property in Australia (driver's license is not acceptable)
  5. Photocopy of ALL of the pages in your former passport
  6. If you are married, attach a photocopy of your marriage certificate + photocopy of your spouse's passport 
    • if they are not Australian- a photocopy of their Australian visa)

Remember: we may request further documentation upon processing

If the applicant is a minor, both parents and child must book an appointment at the embassy and bring the following:

  1. Original birth certificate + Apostille​ stamp from the country of birth
  2. Application form for minor signed by both parents
  3. Both parents + child's passports
