2. Contact the consular email in order to book a video interview with the consul, which will follow by posting the signed documents to the consular department to receive a seal of approval.
3. Arriving to the consular department in person to receive a seal of approval.
The service is intended for persons who are eligible for National Insurance allowances and are abroad for more than six months.
You must bring the completed forms in person to an Israeli mission in the country where you are staying.
Proof-of-life certificate of the National Insurance Institute and of the Ministry of Defense Rehabilitation Department.
Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.

If you will be posting the documents to the embassy, make sure to attach a prepaid registered envelope with a tracking number.
Make sure to state your postal address on that envelope.
If the proof-of-life certificate is for any other body other than Bituach Leumi or the Department of Defence, you must have a valid Israeli passport to issue the authentication - if you need to renew your passport, please refer to the relevant webpage.
If the proof-of-life certificate is for any other body other than Bituach Leumi or the Department of Defence, there is a fee involved for a notarial authentication (24AUD).
