The Public Diplomacy and Political Department focuses on the promotion of Israeli culture in Albania and in facilitating the bilateral relations between Israel and Albania.

The department’s main goals are:

To promote Israeli culture in Albania by exposing the work of Israeli artists in various fields (ex. music, dance, theater, literature, cinema, arts) to the Albanian society.
To encourage cultural dialogue by initiating collaborations and cultural exchanges between Albanian and Israeli artists.
To organize cultural events such as concerts, plays, movie screenings, exhibitions and literary programs and to assist in translating Israeli literary works into Albanian.
To encourage cooperation between academic institutions.
To manage relations with various media companies in Albania for arranging interviews of Israeli diplomats or visiting dignitaries, for publishing op-eds and for covering events.
To expose the work of the Embassy as well as topics that are of importance to Israel on various social media platforms.
To facilitate the Israel-Albania political relations and to organize visits of Israeli dignitaries to Albania.
