• For you information: ID cards are issued only in Israel, it is not possible to issue/renew ID cards at Israeli missions abroad.
The list of documents required for reporting the Lost, Damaged or Stolen of a passport and a request for a new Israeli travel document for in person meeting at the embassy:
• The citizen must arrive and identify himself with another official Israeli document that includes a photo: an Israeli ID card or an Israeli driver's license or an old passport.

• A printed copy of the stolen / lost passport.
• In case of theft - a detailed police report must be presented.
• Up to date 2 passport photos 2-inch by 2-inch on a white background.
• Credit card. Payment will be made using a Visa or MasterCard credit card only. We do not accept American Express
• Residents of Pennsylvania can receive service at the consulate general of Israel in New-York or DC
Israeli citizens and residents abroad.
The applicant must be over the age of 18.
Appearance in person is mandatory for the issuance of a new travel document abroad and for the issuance of a travel document due to loss / theft / damage.
Applicants below the age of 18 must appear in person, accompanied by their parents.
If the parents are married, it is enough for one parent to be present.

The type of document issued will be determined by the consular representative at the mission.

The applicant must schedule an appointment through the online appointment scheduler and come in person to an Israeli mission in the country where he/she is staying.
