He has an extensive career in diplomacy, government, and business, previously serving as Israel’s Ambassador to Brazil and as Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, specializing in economic, political, and commercial affairs. Ambassador Shelley holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Law from Ben-Gurion University and has served as CEO and advisor to various corporations and government entities.
He is fluent in multiple languages, including Hebrew, Arabic, English, French, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish which enables him to engage effectively in international diplomacy. His expertise in strategic planning, public administration, and economic development has contributed to strengthening Israel’s global partnerships.
