You can report the loss or theft via the UAE police website or at the nearest UAE police station.
Once the certificate of lost/stolen passport has been obtained from the police, please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy for additional information and to schedule your appointment.
Israeli citizens and residents abroad.
The applicant must be over the age of 18.
Appearance in person is mandatory for the issuance of a new travel document abroad and for the issuance of a travel document due to loss / theft / damage.
Applicants below the age of 18 must appear in person, accompanied by their parents.
If the parents are married, it is enough for one parent to be present.

The type of document issued will be determined by the consular representative at the mission.

Statement of loss, theft or damage of passport or laissez passer.
The applicant must schedule an appointment through the online appointment scheduler and come in person to an Israeli mission in the country where he/she is staying.
Before coming to the mission, make sure you have with you all the required documents and completed forms.
Payment must be made according to the Consular fee Chart.
