In order to order confirmation/verification for a driver's license, you must send a copy of the license on both sides and

In fact, the process is not 'verification' of an Israeli driver's license, but the transfer of an official letter about the citizen's Israeli driver's license.
You must pass the certificate to a family member / other contact, who will verify it with an Apostille in Israel. If necessary.

The service is provided to any Israeli citizen holding a valid driver's license.

The applicant must write and sign a personal letter of application, specifying his name, driver's license number and contact information, and attaching a photocopy of a valid Israeli driver's license (both sides) and a photocopy of a valid Israeli passport. The material should be sent by email or brought in person to an Israeli mission in the country where the applicant resides.
