Travel recommendation for Ukraine

In light of the many recent cases in which Israelis with dual citizenship (Israeli-Ukrainian) are detained when leaving Ukraine, we wish to refine the travel recommendation to the country.

With the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, a presidential decree was published on February 24, 2022, announcing that all Ukrainian men aged 18-60 are not allowed to leave the country's borders until further notice.

We repeat and warn all those Israeli citizens, who also have Ukrainian citizenship, to consider their arrival in the country, since if they are detained by the local authorities, we will not be able to interfere with the local law and act for their return to Israel.
