How to schedule appointments
The Consular Section of the Consulate General of the State of Israel in St. Petersburg accepts visitors only by appointment by email consular@spb.mfa.gov.il.
In your first email, please include the following information:
1. Requested service;
2. Full name in Latin;
3. Date of birth;
4. Teudat Zehut number (for Israeli citizens);
5. Israeli passport number and expiration date (for Israeli citizens);
6. Russian passport number (for Russian citizens);
7. Contact phone number.
Please ensure that you receive an automatic reply within several minutes after you send your email. Then wait for a reply with the date and time of your appointment. The appointment is considered complete if you have received a reply email with the date and time of the appointment.
