The Culture and Public Affairs Department focuses on the promotion of Israeli culture in Latvia.

The focus of the Culture and Public Affairs Department is:

Maintaining contacts with relevant ministries, governmental, non-governmental and international institutions;
Maintaining contacts with festivals, museums, art galleries, libraries, academic institutions, etc.;
Informing about art, dance, theater, music and literature exposures, festivals, conferences, seminars, etc. in Israel;
Promoting Israeli art, dance, theater, music and literature in/ to Latvia;
Informing about possibilities to study in Israel and receive the Israeli Government scholarship;
Informing about Holocaust education seminars at the Yad Vashem, in Israel;
The department is open to projects, proposals and great ideas!
