• Photocopy of both parents' Israeli passports and foreign passport (if relevant).
• If the parents are divorced – a court order / custody papers signed by a notary public and affixed with an apostille

• Filled and signed application form (7202) - Registration and personal request form for overseas personal for military service
• An official confirmation letter from the school, including translation
The service is provided to Israeli citizens and permanent residents of Israel, from the age of 16 and 4 months, who live or are staying abroad.
By email – The applicant must send the application by email, together with all the required documents plus a photocopy of his/her passport, and if either or both of his parents are Israeli citizens, a photocopy of their passport.
The consular representative will decide, at his/her discretion, whether the applicant must appear in person at the mission.
