Saying our final goodbye to the former Spokesperson of the Embassy Mr. Michael Sobelman

It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our colleague Michał Sobelman.
For 28 years, he served as, among other things, the spokesman for the Embassy of Israel in Poland. He was a participant and witness to many key events in official relations between Israel and Poland.
We valued his erudition, balanced judgment, and brilliant humor.
We bow to his great achievements as a translator of Hebrew literature and his educational activities on the history of the Holocaust, March '68, and Jewish life in Poland.
We express our condolences to his loved ones. May his memory be blessed.
