The State of Israel and the Republic of Peru has been enjoying fruitful diplomatic relationship since 1958.

Contacts between Peru and Israel are formalized, establishing diplomatic relations, which materialized with the accreditation of a Peruvian Ambassador to the State of Israel and an Israeli Ambassador to the Republic of Peru, in the cities of Tel Aviv and Lima, respectively.
