Head of Mission
Avi Nir-Feldklein was the Israeli Ambassador to Norway from August 2022 to October 2024.
Former ambassador Avi Nir-Feldklein started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs over 30 years ago.
He has worked in a number of positions and countries across three continents.
Most of Avi's career has been spent in Asia, as Ambassador to Nepal, Vietnam and Laos just to name a few.
He was also appointed Deputy Consul General in Shanghai, and the first Israeli Consul General to Southeast China in Guangzhou. He also served in Thailand, Cameroon, Germany and Jerusalem.
