Notice of change of mailing address at an Israeli mission abroad

The service enables changing a mailing address or giving notice of a mailing address in addition to the address registered in the Residents Registry.

Who can apply?

A notice of change of mailing address can be given by Israeli citizens and residents over age 18.
The service is provided to applicants on their own behalf or on behalf of their children who are below age 18.

How to apply

Notice of change of mailing address 

A notice of change of mailing address consists of two stages:

1. Notification by the applicant at an Israeli mission abroad

2. Confirmation of consent by the property owner at the address to which the mail is to be sent, given in person at the Population Authority

The property owner at the address to which the mail is to be sent can be authorized to submit the request in Israel, through a notarized power of attorney or a power of attorney signed before the consular representative.

Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.

Consular fee

The service is free of charge.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
To schedule an appointment for consular service, please send an email to the consular department (mailto:consular@oslo.mfa.gov.il) together with a photocopy of an official ID (passport/identity card) of each person requesting service.

Before the appointment, the fee for the requested consular service must be deposited into the embassy's bank account - DNB 15068936443
