Request for information on a traveler – entries to and exits from Israel

This service enables Israeli citizens and residents to receive a document detailing their entries to and exits from Israel, in order to prove a stay in Israel or abroad.
Required Documents To Apply
• Request for clarification of traveler information
• Photocopy of Israeli passport
• Photocopy of foreign passport (if any)
Required presence at the Consulate
It is not mandatory to come to the mission, and the request may be submitted by mail.

Who can apply?

Those eligible to receive the service are citizens and residents of Israel, on their own behalf or on behalf of their minor children.
In case of a request for information on behalf of another person, including a family member who is not the applicant's minor child, a court order should be attached directing that the document be issued.
In case of a request for information about a deceased person, an inheritance order (or court order) must be attached.

Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance.
Before coming to the mission, make sure you have with you all the required documents and completed forms.

Consular fee

The service is provided free of charge.
Payment is made only for sending the document by registered mail or for an apostille.

Information

General Information

  • This certificate is issued in Hebrew only.
  • Ordering the certificate does not incur any payment.
  • Applicants can order a certificate for themselves and for their minor children. For information regarding eligibility to order certificates for another person, see the explanation on the Ministry of Interior's website. Click here.
  • If an apostille stamp is required on the requested certificate, there is a fee associated with the service. To download a credit card authorization form for payment, click here.
