Those eligible to receive the service are citizens and residents of Israel, on their own behalf or on behalf of their minor children.
In case of a request for information on behalf of another person, including a family member who is not the applicant's minor child, a court order should be attached directing that the document be issued.
In case of a request for information about a deceased person, an inheritance order (or court order) must be attached.

Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance.
Before coming to the mission, make sure you have with you all the required documents and completed forms.
The service is provided free of charge.
Payment is made only for sending the document by registered mail or for an apostille.

- This certificate is issued in Hebrew only.
- Ordering the certificate does not incur any payment.
