MASHAV Conducts Online Workshop for Nepali Students

Online Workshop for Grade IX Nepali Students

Ms. Nuria Levy, Head of Training Development & Senior Program Director at The Golda Meir MASHAV-Carmel Training Center conducted an Online Workshop on “Innovation Generation” to Grade 9 students of Rajarshi Gurukul on 25 Nov, 2024.  The session aimed to introduce the young students to the concept of innovation, expose them to various techniques that could inspire entrepreneurial thinking, and assist them in refining their school project proposals.

Ambassador Shmulik Arie Bass and DCM JAnan Bebar attended the opening of the workshop, with the Ambassador delivering a short welcome remark, highlighting the importance of such workshops.

The workshop was interactive and engaging, with students actively participating in tasks designed to enhance their understanding of business ideas.
A key component of the session was the introduction of the SCAMPER Technique (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Purpose, Eliminate, Rearrange), which students applied to improve their project ideas.

Earlier this year, Ms. Deepali Giri, Academic Coordinator at Rajarshi Gurukul, attended the MASHAV Course on “Innovative Approaches to Early Childhood Education and Development” in Israel.
