From Cruise Control to Crisis Control

With an aim to address the pressing issue of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and enhance well-being, a thought-provoking lecture by Dr. Nehoray Eliakim on “Pedagogical Resilience” was organized by the Embassy of Israel and Kathmandu University (KU).

Dr. Eliakim discussed various strategies, and practical approaches that can provide immediate mental support to individual during challenging times, significantly reducing the risk of developing PTSD.
