On January 8, H.E. Mr. Shmulik Arie Bass, Ambassador of Israel to Nepal paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba, Minister for Foreign Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singha Durbar. The Hon. Minister requested the Israeli Government’s cooperation in securing the release of Nepali student Bipin Joshi, who has been held captive by Hamas since Oct 2023.
