Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day (Yom Hashoah in Hebrew) is a national day of commemoration in Israel, on which the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust are memorialized.
Ambassador Michael Ronen commemorated Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day 2024 at The Embassy of Israel in Yangon, Myanmar in the company of the Czech Ambassador and the representative of the Jewish community (and the last Jew in Burma) Sami Samuels.
