Consul General Talya Lador-Fresher is an experienced diplomat. She served as Israel's Ambassador to Vienna, Austria, before taking up her post as Head of Bureau of the European Affairs Division in the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

She was born in Petach Tikva, Israel, in 1962. She is married with two children.
