Please be advised that for submitting your request as explained on this page, the request form and the document should be signed by the applicant. Signature of the applicant could be done in front of a notary public here in the United States and then submitted to our Consulate. Please attach a copy of your passport to the submitted request forms.

Who can apply?
The service is provided to any Israeli citizen holding a valid driver's license.

The applicant must write and sign a personal letter of application, specifying his name, driver's license number and contact information, and attaching a photocopy of a valid Israeli driver's license (both sides) and a photocopy of a valid Israeli passport. The material should be sent by email or brought in person to an Israeli mission in the country where the applicant resides.
