Required presence at the Consulate
The notice must be submitted in person at a mission in the country where the applicant lives.
A notice of change of mailing address can be given by Israeli citizens and residents over age 18. The service is provided to applicants on their own behalf or on behalf of their children who are below age 18.

How to apply

A notice of change of mailing address consists of two stages:
1. Notification by the applicant at an Israeli mission abroad
2. Confirmation of consent by the property owner at the address to which the mail is to be sent, given in person at the Population Authority
The property owner at the address to which the mail is to be sent can be authorized to submit the request in Israel, through a notarized power of attorney or a power of attorney signed before the consular representative.

Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler. The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.
