The Embassy is available by phone during the Embassy working hours.
Israeli citizens and residents or anyone with an interest in receiving a registration extract with details from the Population Registry.
By mail – the required forms and documents should be sent together with a photocopy of an identifying document.
By email – the required forms and documents should be attached to the email.
Please note:
If the application is on behalf of an immediate family member – a power of attorney and the ID card of the family member should be attached.
If the application is on behalf of another family member or another person – a power of attorney from a lawyer or a court judgment should be attached.
Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.
No fee is charged for the service.
It is possible to order the certificate at the consular section. Please call in advance to make an appointment.
It is possible to order the certificate by email adm1@vilnius.mfa.go.il , consular@vilnius.mfa.gov.il . The documents need to be in pdf format. If apostille is needed on the certificate, the payment will need to transferred to the Embassy's account.
