Making a notarized affidavit before a consular representative at an Israeli mission abroad

This service enables holders of Israeli citizenship and foreigners to sign a written notarized affidavit at an Israeli mission abroad

Security instructions for people who wish to obtain consular services at the mission offices:

1. Please bring an ID or passport
2. Do not bring large handbags or suitcases to the mission
3. Do not bring food and/or beverage bottles or containers
4. Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo security check
Required presence at the Consulate
The person signing the affidavit must appear in person at the mission.
If the signatory is below age 18 , he must come to the mission in the company of his parents or guardian.
Please note:
Before coming to the mission, it is advisable to check if the affiant must be accompanied by both parents.

For the applicants, who submitting documents in person, payment is possible in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer in advance.

The request may be submitted by Israeli citizens and foreign citizens who wish to submit an affidavit in Israel.

How to apply

After the affidavit has been prepared  it must be brought in person to an Israeli mission in the country where the affiant lives. The affiant is required to identify himself by means of a passport or ID card.
The service is provided for affidavits in various languages.

Please note: When the affidavit is written in a language other than Hebrew or English, it is necessary to check before coming to the mission whether the service is provided in the required language.

Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.
