The Israel Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai held its official opening ceremony.
Following remarks delivered by Amb. Yahel VILAN, Israeli Commissioner General for the Expo 2025 Osaka - Kansai, Amb. Koji HANEDA, Commissioner General of the 2025 World Exposition in Japan, Mr. Manatsu ICHINOKI, Deputy Secretary General of the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, and Amb. Cohen, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held with the participation of Hon. Shigeki WATANABE, Vice Governor of Osaka Prefecture; Hon. Hideyuki YOKOYAMA, Mayor of Osaka City; Mr. Yasuhide NAKAYAMA, former Member of the House of Representatives; and the official character Shaloum-chan.
The toast was offered by the Ambassador in charge of Kansai, Vice Commissioner General of the 2025 World Exposition in Japan, Mr. Yasushi MISAWA.
