The Commercial Office at the Embassy of Israel represents the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Economic Division. Its objective is to promote the export of Israeli goods and services and to develop Israel's economic and business interests in Ireland for the mutual benefit of both countries.  The Commercial Section works with a wide range of  Irish and Israeli private and public sector bodies and agencies, as well as with Government and academic and research institutions.

Ireland and Israel have much in common in the commercial and related domains and they regularly share information and experience regarding Standards, Regulation, Innovation and Policy in a variety of sectors. 

 

In 2024, trade between Ireland and Israel exceeded 4Bn Euro, mainly concentrated in the hi-tech sectors,which reflects the strengths of the two innovative and open economies.

 

 

The Commercial Section can assist in:

* Business matching service for Irish and Israeli companies

* Identifying tender opportunities

* Encouraging joint ventures and R&D cooperation

* Providing business referrals and introductions.

* Providing details about trade events and exhibitions in Ireland and Israel.
