Israel- Ireland bilateral relations over the years
Ireland and Israel established diplomatic relations in 1975, however it was not until the early 1990’s that the two countries established resident missions, opening the Embassy in Dublin in 1996 .
The Embassy of Israel in Ireland is dedicated to promoting diplomatic relations, friendship and economic growth between Israel & Ireland, with the growing trade links now valued a more than 5 Billion USD in 2023.
Throughout the years there have been many bilateral visits of officials and experts in the fields of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Water and Energy as well as many other areas.
