Training and Capacity Building Program in Israel:
MASHAV’s Training Division conducts different courses every year comprised of technical assistance and human capacity building programs in various fields like:
*Agriculture & Food Security
*Water Management
*Education
*Medicine and Public Health
*Research & Development
*Community Development
*Innovation & Entrepreneurship
*Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment
*Rural and Urban Development
Most Courses span two to three weeks that include lectures, field trips and professional visits. All courses offer a scholarship that covers the cost of the training program including lectures and field visits, accommodation, health insurance and transfers to and from the airport. Airfares and daily allowance are not included in the scholarship.
MASHAV Courses are also conducted in cooperation with international aid organizations, mainly United Nations agencies, along with assistance agencies of other developed countries.

Shalom Club
MASHAV keeps in touch with its graduates through a worldwide network of ‘Shalom Club’.
Shalom Club serves as a forum to take part in professional, social and cultural events and to exchange ideas and expertise for the benefits of their communities.
MASHAV at the Embassy of Israel in India, encourage MASHAV graduates to adapt and apply the knowledge and skills they learn in MASHAV courses to tackle challenges inside and outside their communities.
