Who can apply?
The service is intended for persons who are eligible for National Insurance allowances and are abroad for more than six months.

You must bring the completed forms in person to an Israeli mission in the country where you are staying.

Proof-of-life certificate of the National Insurance Institute and of the Ministry of Defense Rehabilitation Department.

Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.

Security requirements for those wishing to use the consular services of the Embassy in person:
- Visiting the Consular Section is only by prior appointment.
- Please bring photo ID (passport, ID) with you.
- All visitors and their luggage will be subject to a security check.
- For security reasons, personal items (e.g. bags, mobile phones, electrical equipment) are not allowed on the Embassy premises.
- Please do not bring any handbags or suitcases into the Embassy.
- Do not bring food and/or drink containers/bottles.
- Instructions from security staff must be followed at all times.
- If there is a need for escorting the visitor, the details of the escorting person is required and must be sent in advance.
